Rudy, our Owner and Principal member, brings a wealth of expertise with over 32 years of experience in the Architectural and Real Estate industries. He received his professional training at Texas Tech University and has held esteemed positions such as Director of Projects and Studio Director in multiple reputable firms across the United States. Throughout his career, Rudy has successfully executed a diverse range of projects, including corporate offices, retail rollouts, and industrial production facilities.

With a Professional Architectural degree from the University of California Berkeley and over 35 years of relevant experience, John brings a technical expertise to all projects at Ronin. His responsibilities include code analysis, consultant coordination and specification development—skills he has honed over the course of 300+ projects as Project Architect. John develops and teaches Construction Administration courses, and he is also licensed architect in the State of California.

Rose is an experienced project manager, facilities management, and tenant improvement projects. She has managed projects across multiple U.S. markets, overseeing the full development process from site selection and leasing through design, permitting, construction, and final occupancy while coordinating architects, contractors, and operations teams to deliver successful new store openings on schedule and within budget.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Marketing from Saint Joseph’s University, with additional studies in Interior Design at Scottsdale Community College.
