HOW CAN WE HELP
Our mission is to provide personal and comprehensive consultation services to our clients without layers of bureaucracy. We are able to advise our clients remotely or be on site to work with your team side by side throughout the project.
PROJECT / PLANNING
Assist clientele in reviewing project priorities, generate project program, and establish initial budget and schedule.
PROFESSIONAL PEER REVIEW / CODE REVIEW
Perform peer review of design documents and provide construability and code review.
SITE / BUILDING SELECTION
Assess proposed site /building against project requirements, perform analysis with preliminary layouts or fit plans and identify due diligence
EQUIPMENT / FURNITURE PROCUREMENT
Conduct formal bidding of equipment / furniture, including procurement and scheduling and conduct public bidding process as needed
VENDOR / CONSULTANT MANAGEMENT
Review and recommend vendors / consultants as needed, issue requests for proposals for their services, review and negotiate final proposals. This may include but is not limited to architects, engineers and other consultants such as AV, data, and acoustical
CLIENT REPRESENTATION
Represent client during the project delivery process, provide leadership for the project team, handle and resolve conflicts, monitor budget and oversee project progress
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
Bid and selecting general contractors, conduct weekly meeting and site visits, monitor construction, validate project pricing and schedule review payments requests and change orders.
RELOCATION MANAGEMENT
Assist in determining move scope, bid out moving services, coordinate other trades related to the relocation activities, provide on-site supervision during the move process.
